IMPORTANT INFORMATION
FOR SOPHOMORE PARENTS
As you are scheduling your student's conferences this fall, please allow time to attend a special thirty (30) minute Guidance Office presentation for sophomore parents. Parents are urged to attend one of the 30 minute sessions that will overview the information shared with all sophomore students. The presentation will be followed by a question and answer session. Last semester's logins and passwords have BEEN CLEARED. There are two steps to getting set up with Pick-A-Time. (1) Create your parent account and (2) Login into the parent account and enter your child's Student ID and Security ID (see below) Your account setup is simply for you to be able to log in to the system and decide what student you want to schedule a conference for. You will be asked to type in your e-mail address. This is only needed for access to the program and if you want an e-mail confirmation. If you do not have an e-mail address, simply use yourlastname@nomail.com. The password will need to be created for you to enter the program later. This login has nothing to do with Parent Access (our other Parent Access Program) and is unique for you to use in Pick-A-Time.
Student information should be searched using the format below: An example
Student ID: davidjones Scheduling: 1. Each colored square represents an available meeting time. The legend shows you what teacher corresponds to what color and the times increase as you go down the page. (Note: you will not see all of the teachers, just the set of teachers your children have classes with.) Click on a square to book the time you want to schedule. 2. After you set when you want the reminder email to be delivered, click "Create Appointment" 3. Repeat until you have a time with each teacher you'd like to visit. 4. When you have finished scheduling your conferences, click on "Printable Schedule". Print the schedule and bring with you to conferences. *If you want to make changes to your schedule, you can log in at any time with your email and password. There are links to modify the time, or cancel the appointment.
